MEASURING YOUR DOG

 

Please ensure that you measure your dog properly, using the following as a guide. If you require any help with selecting the correct product size please contact us with your pet's measurements and we will be happy to help.

 

Measure around your dog's neck and don't forget that for a comfortable fit you must allow two fingers to be able to fit between the collar and your dog's neck. Sizes may vary slightly so it is always best to select  a collar size range that your dog's measurement fits within.  For example if your dog's measurement is 15 inch select 14 - 16 inch rather than 13 - 15 inch. For puppies or young dogs that are still growing, select a size that can be adjusted to allow room for growth. Remember to add on 3 - 4 inches to the measurement of your dog's neck when ordering a collar with a buckle fastening, this will ensure that there is enough room to secure the collar.

 

RETURNED ITEMS

 

If you are not happy with the purchase please return it to us within seven days of receipt of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging). Goods returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be given a credit note. After 30 days no credit notes or exchanges will be given.

  OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

 

If your item is out of stock you will be notified by email and given an estimation of when it is likely to be despatched to you. If you have placed an order of more than one item, those in stock will be despatched to you and the out of stock item will follow as soon as possible, with postage paid by us.
